This Privacy Policy applies to the Green Sandal Park website (sandalpark.in), the Fire Camp mobile application (the “App”), and related services operated by GREEN SANDAL PARK PRIVATE LIMITED (“Green Sandal Park”, “Fire Camp”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). It explains what information we collect, how we use and protect it, when we share it, how long we retain it, and the choices available to users.
1. Information We Collect
Account and identity information: Name, mobile phone number, email address, and other information you provide when creating or maintaining an account.
Authentication information: One-time passwords (OTPs), OTP verification status, and related authentication records used to secure account access. Do not share OTPs with anyone.
Booking and service information: Campsite/location selected, booking dates, number of guests, meal selections or other booking details, membership details, locker number/location where applicable, and related service preferences.
Payment and transaction information: Payment amount, transaction/order/reference IDs, payment status, purpose of payment, and related reconciliation information. Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. We do not intend to collect or store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or banking passwords on our own servers.
Website information: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, and technical information reasonably necessary for website operation, security, troubleshooting, and improvement.
App and device information: Technical information such as device model, operating system, app version, network information, and diagnostic information where collected by the App or its service providers for security, reliability, and troubleshooting.
Communications: Information you provide when contacting us, including your name, phone number, email address, and the contents of your enquiry or support request.
Cookies and similar technologies: Our website may use cookies or similar technologies to maintain functionality, remember preferences, improve performance, and understand website usage.
2. How We Collect Information
We collect information directly from you when you register, sign in, verify your mobile number, make a booking or payment, use membership or locker services, contact support, or otherwise use our website or App. Some technical information may be collected automatically by the website, App, hosting infrastructure, security systems, or service providers used to operate the services.
3. How We Use Information
We use information to create and manage accounts; authenticate users; process campsite, experience, membership and locker services; process and reconcile payments and refunds; provide support; send essential service communications; send promotional communications where permitted and with required consent; maintain security; detect fraud or misuse; troubleshoot and improve services; and comply with applicable laws.
4. SMS, OTP and Authentication Services
Fire Camp may use third-party SMS/OTP providers, such as MSG91, to process the mobile number, OTP, sender information, and delivery/verification information required to send and verify OTP messages. OTPs are used for authentication and should never be shared with anyone.
5. Payments and Third-Party Payment Providers
Fire Camp may use PhonePe and other authorized payment service providers. Relevant transaction information may be shared with the payment provider to complete, verify, reconcile, refund, or support a transaction. Payment providers may process payment information under their own privacy policies and terms. We do not intentionally store full card credentials, CVV, UPI PIN, or banking passwords on our own servers.
6. Sharing and Disclosure of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information for money. We may share information when reasonably necessary to provide our services, including with hosting/infrastructure providers, SMS/OTP providers, payment processors, technical service providers, customer-support providers, and other vendors acting on our behalf. We may also disclose information when required by law, legal process, court order, government authority, to protect users or our rights, or to detect and prevent fraud, security incidents, or misuse.
7. Cookies and Similar Technologies
The website may use cookies and similar technologies for essential functionality, preferences, security, performance, and usage measurement. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect website functionality.
8. Data Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

10. Account Deletion and Data Deletion
If you have a Fire Camp account, you may request deletion of your account and associated personal information by using the account-deletion function provided in the App, where available, or by contacting support@sandalpark.in. We may verify your identity before processing a request.
After a valid deletion request, we will delete or anonymize information associated with the account within a reasonable period, subject to information we are legally required or reasonably permitted to retain, such as transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, security, or dispute records. Where retention is required, information will be restricted to the necessary purpose and retained only for the applicable period.
Deletion does not automatically cancel or reverse completed transactions, bookings, refunds, or other obligations that must be retained or completed. If a deletion request affects an active booking or service, we may contact the user to explain necessary steps.
11. Your Choices and Rights
You may request access to or correction of personal information we hold about you, subject to applicable law and reasonable verification. You may request account/data deletion, opt out of non-essential promotional communications, control website cookies through browser settings, and contact us with privacy questions or concerns.
12. Children’s Privacy
Fire Camp is not intended to be a service directed to children. We do not knowingly request or collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information improperly, contact us.
13. Third-Party Services and Links
Our website or App may contain links to third-party websites or use third-party services. Those third parties may have their own privacy policies and terms. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of independent third-party websites or services.
14. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in services, technology, legal requirements, or privacy practices. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent.
