1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Green Sandal Park website (sandalpark.in), the Fire Camp mobile application (“App”), and related services. The services are operated by GREEN SANDAL PARK PRIVATE LIMITED (“Green Sandal Park”, “Fire Camp”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using the website or App, creating an account, making a booking, purchasing membership or locker services, or making a payment, you agree to these Terms.
2. Use of the Website and App
You agree to use the website and App in accordance with applicable laws. You must not use them for unlawful or prohibited purposes, transmit harmful content, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with functionality, introduce malicious code, scrape or misuse the services, or use another person’s account without authorization.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and current information. You are responsible for maintaining your account security and for activities carried out through it. We may suspend or restrict an account where reasonably necessary for security, fraud prevention, misuse, violation of these Terms, or compliance with law.
4. Service Information and Availability
Fire Camp may provide information about campsites, stays, experiences, activities, meals, memberships, lockers, packages, prices, availability, schedules, facilities, guest limits, and other services. We make reasonable efforts to keep information accurate, but availability, prices, descriptions, schedules, weather conditions, and other details may change. We may correct errors or make reasonable changes where permitted by law.
5. Bookings and Confirmation
Users are responsible for reviewing booking details before payment and providing accurate guest and booking information. A booking is confirmed only after the required payment or confirmation process is successfully completed and a confirmation is issued by Fire Camp or the applicable service provider.
6. Ordering and Payments
Where the website or App permits a user to purchase a service, make a booking, purchase membership, rent a locker, or make another payment, the user agrees to provide accurate information and pay applicable taxes, fees, deposits, and charges displayed before purchase. Payments may be processed through authorized payment providers, including PhonePe. We do not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV, UPI PINs, or banking passwords on our own servers.
7. Third-Party Payment and Service Providers
Payments and other functions may involve third-party providers such as PhonePe, SMS/OTP providers such as MSG91, hosting, mapping, communication, analytics, or other providers. Their own terms and privacy policies may apply. We are not responsible for independent third-party systems beyond our reasonable control, although we will reasonably assist with payment or service reconciliation where appropriate.
8. Cancellation, Rescheduling and Refunds
Cancellation, rescheduling and refund eligibility may depend on the particular booking, service, location, membership, locker service, package, or offer. The applicable cancellation or refund terms shown before or at the time of purchase will apply. If a refund is approved, it may be returned through the original payment method or another supported method. Bank and payment-provider processing times may vary. Nothing in these Terms excludes mandatory consumer or other legal rights.
9. Membership
Where Fire Camp offers membership plans, the price, validity, benefits, eligibility, renewal terms, and restrictions will be displayed before purchase. Membership benefits are personal unless expressly stated otherwise and may not be transferred or resold. We may suspend or cancel benefits for fraud, misuse, safety concerns, or material violation of these Terms, subject to applicable law.
10. Locker Service
Where lockers are offered, availability, allocation, location, rental charges, renewal charges, deposits, and usage rules will be displayed in the App or at the applicable location. Users must use lockers only for lawful personal belongings and keep keys, codes, and access information secure. Do not store illegal items, hazardous materials, weapons, perishable goods, or other prohibited or dangerous items.
11. Campsite, Trekking and Activity Safety
Camping, trekking, outdoor activities, travel, terrain, wildlife, water, fire, equipment, weather, and environmental conditions may involve inherent risks. Users must follow safety instructions, location rules, staff instructions, signs, and applicable laws. Fire Camp may refuse or stop participation where reasonably necessary for safety, security, weather, emergency conditions, or violation of rules.
12. User Conduct
Users must behave respectfully and lawfully. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, threats, violence, discrimination, theft, property damage, unauthorized entry, illegal activity, dangerous conduct, misuse of fire or equipment, and conduct creating a safety risk. We may cancel a service, remove a user from a location, or suspend an account where reasonably necessary to protect people, property, or services.
13. Intellectual Property
The website and App content, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, software, design, Fire Camp branding, Green Sandal Park branding, and trademarks, is owned by or licensed to GREEN SANDAL PARK PRIVATE LIMITED or the applicable rights holder and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or commercially exploit protected content without permission, except as permitted by law.
14. Promotions and Offers
Promotions, discounts, coupons, packages, memberships, and special offers may have additional conditions, validity periods, eligibility requirements, usage limits, or location restrictions. Those conditions apply to the relevant offer. We may correct obvious pricing or technical errors and withdraw an offer where permitted by law.
15. Cancellation or Changes by Fire Camp
We or the applicable service provider may need to cancel, reschedule, restrict, or modify a service or booking because of weather, natural events, safety conditions, government restrictions, operational reasons, insufficient availability, emergencies, or circumstances beyond reasonable control. Where cancellation occurs, we will communicate available options, which may include rescheduling, credit, or refund according to the applicable service policy and law.
16. Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, fire, flood, epidemic or pandemic restrictions, government action, civil disturbance, strikes, power or telecommunications failures, transportation disruption, or third-party infrastructure failures. We will take reasonable steps to communicate material disruptions.
17. Disclaimer
We make reasonable efforts to provide accurate information, but the website and App are provided on an “as available” basis. We do not guarantee that the website, App, booking information, or third-party services will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at every time or location.
18. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GREEN SANDAL PARK PRIVATE LIMITED will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or unforeseeable losses arising from use of the website, App, or services. Nothing excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including rights that applicable law requires us to preserve.
19. Privacy
Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. The Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, protect, retain, and delete personal information.
20. Account and Data Deletion
Users may request deletion of their Fire Camp account through the account-deletion process provided in the App or by contacting support@sandalpark.in. Account deletion does not automatically cancel completed transactions or obligations that must be retained or completed under applicable law or service terms.
21. Third-Party Links and Services
The website or App may contain links to third-party websites or services. These third parties may have their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices, content, availability, or independent actions of third-party services.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms and Conditions to reflect changes in services, technology, business practices, or legal requirements. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Where required by law, we will provide additional notice or obtain required consent.
23. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer-protection and other mandatory laws, disputes relating to these Terms or the services will be subject to courts having appropriate jurisdiction in Karnataka, India.
